Late Season

the weather is getting colder, the days shorter

The most tiring time of the year for the hunters, the weather is getting colder, the days shorter. Dogs are rested and have days off but the “cavatori” never take a break.

This is the busiest period

Orders are placed early for the festive season rush. This is the busiest period. Last orders are taken for Christmas on Tuesday 22nd December 2020 before 12 pm.

Last orders for New Year are taken on 29th December 2020

January

Season ends

Truffles are often available until mid-January

Truffles are often available until the end of January but number and quality can no longer be guaranteed. As a result, we do not take orders for white truffles after January 14th. The cavatori return to their homes to unwind and relax before the brumale and borchii season begins.
