Most dogs can be trained to find truffles. Jane is a mixed breed but she is smart and learnt quickly. She can sniff out the deepest of white truffles – in fact nothing seems to escape her marvellous nose. She also finds the biggest truffle of the season which weighed in at over half a kilo.
